50th Longwood Arts & Crafts Festival Nov 21–22, 2026

Held Outdoors annually the weekend before Thanksgiving
Historic Longwood District  (GPS 200 W Warren Ave, Longwood, FL)

Deadline to apply: July 1. Late applications are waitlisted and notified only if space becomes available.

Event Details: 150 artists and handcrafted exhibitors, plus festival food, beer, cocktails, wine tastings, and live entertainment.

Outdoor, rain or shine.  Sat 9 AM–5 PM | Sun 9 AM–4 PM. Free admission

Vendor Requirements:  Exhibitors must be the original creators of their work and present at the event. Retail/Buy-Sell vendors and Business/Branding/ Lead Generators must apply in a separate category or the application will be rejected.

Selection Process: Quasi-juried. Applications are reviewed after July 1 and scored by category.

Acceptance is based on quality and uniqueness—not submission date. Registration does not guarantee acceptance.

Fees (2026)
Artists/Crafters (original work): $220 single / $400 double 
Rep another artists’ work / Buy Sell : $500 single  

Business/Branding/Lead Generating: $1,000

Event Sponsor: $5,000 (includes marketing benefits)
Add-Ons Corner booth (limited): +$50, Electric: $50
Food Vendors: 10–15 ft: $300 / 16–21 ft: $500 / 22–30 ft: $900
Cart (<10 ft): $175

Payment is due upon acceptance and is non-refundable.
WTDI, Inc. reserves the right to accept or deny any application.

Vendor set up information

NOTE: ALL Traffic enters at ONE ENTRY POINT.
Enter at Church Ave and S. Millwee. All traffic flows in the same direction.

SET UP INSTRUCTIONS for EXHIBITORS:

    1. Set up FRI after 3 pm and/or SAT before 8:15 am. Vehicles must be out of the event area by 8:30 am on Sat and Sun. ALL VENDORS ENTER at S. Milwee & Church St. Use GPS: 250 W Church Ave, Longwood, FL 32750 
    2. FOLLOW the traffic pattern to your Animal Entry point. Do NOT go against the traffic flow. 
    3. Be courteous . Unload, Park, Return, and Set Up. Stay to the right of the road when unloading so vehicles can pass. 
    4. Your booth number represents the MIDDLE of your booth space. CALL ME before setting up if you are unsure.
    5. Tents must be weighted to sustain 40 mph winds! Please bring concrete blocks or sandbags to secure your tent legs.
    6. If you purchased Electric for the event, bring a long (100 ft is suggested) cord and a multi outlet plug in case others are using the same outlet. 
    7. There is overnight security but zip up your tent & remove expensive items
    8. A VENDOR ONLY BATHROOM is available in the community building at Wilma & Warren.
    9. Pay to Park is available at the church by calling the number on the map.
    10. You can also Pay to Park ($20/weekend) at the Village Inn lot. It is Free on Friday for Set Up. On Sat/Sun, find a spot and place your pass on your windshield. Someone will come to your booth to collect. It is OK to double park behind others since your pass will be on your windshield.

Lastly but very important!  Event hours are Saturday 9am-5pm and Sunday 9am-4pmYou MUST STAY OPEN until the event is over. If you are flagged for packing up early, you risk being rejected from participating at any of my future events!
